Effective Date: January 7, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Triple Twenty LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at helmtk.dev, the helmtk software tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices surrounding the use of your personal information. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Services.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy, and your continued use of the Services after such changes shall indicate your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Website Analytics. We collect analytics data in Posthog when you visit our website. This includes information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data helps us understand how visitors use our website and improve our Services.
Waitlist Information. If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you when access becomes available and to send occasional updates about helmtk. Your email is stored on servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Account Information. If you purchase a commercial license or decompiler tokens, we collect information necessary to process your payment and provide the Services, such as your email address and payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full payment card details.
Decompiler Service Data. When you use the helmtk decompiler, your Helm chart code is transmitted to our servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for processing. We process this data solely to provide the decompilation service. We do not use your code to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than providing the requested service. We do not store your code for longer than the time needed to process the request.
Playground. The helmtk playground executes code entirely in your browser. We do not receive or store the code you enter in the playground.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and send related information; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; analyze usage patterns and trends to improve user experience; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized use of our Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our Services (such as PostHog for analytics, AWS for hosting, and payment processors); when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order; to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified of any change in ownership or use of your information.
We retain analytics data in accordance with PostHog's data retention policies. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Code submitted to the decompiler service is processed in real-time and is not retained after the decompilation is complete, except in server logs which are retained for a limited period for debugging and security purposes.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may opt out of analytics tracking by using browser settings or privacy tools that block tracking scripts. If you have an account with us, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (though we do not sell personal information).
Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
